By accessing or downloading this data, users agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
The open-source dataset includes information submitted during cleanups conducted under AGF’s three main programs (Nurdle Hunts, Butt Blitzes, and Love Your Lakes) as well as other general cleanups conducted by staff and volunteers.
The purpose of this document is to outline the acceptable and ethical use of the dataset to ensure responsible and transparent data usage.
2. Definitions
Data User: Any individual, organization, or entity that accesses, downloads, or uses the dataset provided by A Greener Future.
Dataset: The collection of litter data generated from AGF’s cleanup events, including litter types, quantities, and location information.
Open Source: Data that is freely accessible and available to the public under this policy.

The open-source dataset is provided as-is, and A Greener Future makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. AGF does its best to ensure the quality and of the data, but users must acknowledge that there may be limitations. Users assume all responsibility for their interpretations and uses of the data. A Greener Future is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use or interpretation of the dataset.
9. Terms of Modification
Users are allowed to modify and create derivative works from the dataset under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, which permits:
