A Greener Futures Love Your Lakes Monthly Progress Report: May and June 2024
532 A Greener Future Volunteers have collected a total of 115,309 since the beginning of May 2024!
ONTARIO — We're thrilled to share the progress of A Greener Futures' Love Your Lakes program! With the help of our magnificent volunteers and A Greener Future team, we're making significant strides toward our goals of cleaning our lakes and protecting the environment.
Here's a look at our progress so far:
Locations Cleaned Up: 64 out of 100 targeted locations (64%)
Trash Collected: 115,309 out of 400,000 estimated pieces of litter (29%)
Volunteers Engaged: 532 volunteers out of a goal of 2,000 (27%)
Corporate Cleanups: 12 out of 30 targeted corporate cleanups (40%)
Total Cleanups Completed: 71 out of 150 planned cleanups (57%)
While we've made great progress, there's still more to do! With only 10 weeks remaining in the program, we encourage you to join us in our mission to clean our lakes.
